Review: Great start to a new series!

I really enjoyed this book. A well written story that was easy to get into from the first page.
After being held at gunpoint Ashley takes a close look at her life and decides to make some big changes. She moves to the family cabin in Charlotte’s Cove and starts a new job. Taylor is the sherriff and her new boss, but the chemistry knocks them both over the head. Until an incident causes Ashley to slam up all her walls and keep Taylor at a distance that is.

A mix of slow burn romance, suspense and humor made this a book I enjoyed reading. And since the secondary charachters were just as great, I’m really looking forward to what the matchmaking club has in store for us next.
